In "Muse Series - Blindfolded," floral shapes gather across her eyes in the clear form of a blindfold. She's one of several paintings I created as part of my Muse series.

In each Muse painting, I plan the face and let everything else grow intuitively. Florals bloom over her eyes like the emotions we sense before we can name them: feeling without seeing. Is she the muse, or is she being inspired? I've never decided.
